  • What is Pickled Pulp and how do you work?
    Pickled Pulp is an illustration and design studio run by yours truly. Anything that you can imagine that has illustration, that's me. Whether it's creating the visual identity (not graphic) of your restaurant, designing prints to launch an apparel collection, making your love story come to life through your wedding suite, adding the cherry-on-top touches to your brand or more, that is what I do. I am a one man show for all things illustration so if you want to work together, time is of the essence because my calendar gets filled up fast (thank you, universe!). I am always open for brand collaborations and commissions of all sorts, so let's create magic together.
  • Who owns the artwork?
    All artwork is owned by the artist, Andrea Wild and by extension Pickled P. LTD, unless differently stated for special projects such as logos, emblems and monograms. Crests and logos are the only deliverables that are shared with the client in high resolution, which allows him/her to use the file unlimitedly. However, the individual elements within the crest or logo form part of the Pickled Pulp image library. Other special projects which are open for a discussion on the ownership rights are licensing and/or publishing projects. Please get in touch to discuss terms and pricing.
  • Tell me about print quality
    My prints are Fine Art Prints. They will be printed in luxurious, color-perfect quality on sustainably sourced paper that will last for a lifetime. This means that you are guaranteed exceptional quality. Paper: Hahnemühle Photo Rag premium Fine Art of 320g Printing technique: Archival Giclée print with an archival lifespan of up to 200 years. Color is slightly off white with matt finish. It has minimal texture and a chalky smooth cotton feel which creates smooth color gradients. Comes with certificate of authenticity to provide limited edition provenance ​ ​Size - A3 - 30 x 42 cm // 11.7 x 16.5 in framed or unframed.
  • When will my print ship and how long will it take ?
    Unframed works are custom printed to order and dispatched within 48 hours. Prints are shipped via postage to the UK and EU. They are shipped via courier to USA, Canada and the rest of the world. Prints are shipped worldwide with the following delivery times. Your delivery will be 100% end-to-end a carbon neutral service. UK: 1-3 delivery days EU: 1-5 working days Rest of the world: Up to 10 working days ​ Framed prints are also custom printed to order, framed and dispatched within 5 working days. Framed prints are shipped worldwide via courier (even within UK & EU) with the following delivery times. UK: 5–7 delivery days EU: 7-10 working days Rest of the world: Up to 15 working days
  • How much does shipping cost for prints?
    I'm happy to offer free shipping for unframed prints in the UK and EU but everywhere else and framed prints are shipped via courier at an additional cost which you will see at checkout depending on where you want it delivered to.
  • Where are your prints made?
    I print in the UK and Germany and ship worldwide.
  • Can I order a custom print?
    Of course you can! Email me at with your preferred image and sizing. Please note that an additional fee applies to custom orders.
  • What is your return policy for prints?
    Prints are made to order and are non refundable. However, if there is anything seriously wrong with the print please email me at and we’ll find a solution.
  • What is a typical timeline for wedding suites?
    A typical timeline to create a wedding suite is 6-8 weeks. Depending on the amount of deliverables you have, I need 3-4 weeks for illustration only. Printing and shipping takes another 3-4 weeks.
  • How far in advance should I get in touch with you?
    The sooner the better because the calendar gets full ! Just keep in mind that I need approximately 2-3 months to deliver.
  • How does pricing work?
    There are two separate fees in three separate invoices. Design/Illustration Fee: This fee covers the custom design and illustration that I will do for you. You'll be required to pay 50% in order to begin a project and the remaining 50% one month after. Printing, Layout + Production: This cost will vary depending on quantities, finishes and extra processes you may choose. You will need to pay 100% of printing in order to print.   • What deliverables and day-of-stationery do you design/illustrate?
    Animated save the date, bespoke crest and monograms, invitations, menus, itineraries, maps, table numbers, thank you stationery, ceremony programs, gift boxes, fans and bag tags. If there's something you don't see on the list, fear not and get in touch.
  • What is the design process like?
    Once you’ve approved your personalized quote and paid the required 50% deposit, we will schedule a call so that you can tell me about your event. I will ask you to create a mood board so that we can land the visuals and general inspiration. Based on that I make the sketch, we’ll have a follow up call for your two rounds of changes before color and hand lettering. Changes once color has been finalizes are very minimal so it's important to get the sketch right !
  • How many revisions do I get?
    Two. Additional design revisions will result in a fee of £200/hour.
  • Do you deliver high res files?
    No. You will receive your wedding crest in high res for you to use but all images belong to Pickled Pulp. What you receive digitally will be web-ready in 72 dpi.
  • What if I need something delivered fast?
    Depending on the amount of other projects going on, fast is possible subject to a rush fee.
  • Tell me about your wedding website templates
    You'll love my templates! You have the option of choosing an existing animated template for a single-page website with an animated landing page. The template is personalized with your names and text. Although my team manages the website, you get direct access to your guests' RSVP info.
  • How long until I have the template ready with my wedding information to share with my guests?
    It can be ready to go in 7 days, unless you are want custom add-ons to personalize it even more.
  • Tell me about your bespoke wedding websites
    I will create a bespoke website with illustration from your wedding suite. You can choose to have a single-page site with 5 sections like my templates or a classic site with up to 5 different pages. Both have an animated landing page.
  • How long until I have my custom website ready?
    Around 8-12 weeks. Please consider that I have to create and paint all the illustration for the wedding suite before hand.
