Pickled Pulp is a luxury illustration studio by Andrea Wild, specializing in bespoke wedding suites and custom stationery design. We transform your vision into paper and pixel magic through our signature illustrated style. As a boutique studio, we take on a limited number of projects to ensure each receives the attention it deserves. Our calendar fills up quickly, so we recommend reaching out well in advance to secure your spot. All artwork is owned by the artist, Andrea Wild and by extension Pickled P. LTD, unless differently stated for special projects such as logos, emblems and monograms. Crests and logos are the only deliverables that are shared with the client in high resolution, which allows him/her to use the file unlimitedly. However, the individual elements within the crest or logo form part of the Pickled Pulp image library. Other special projects which are open for a discussion on the ownership rights are licensing and/or publishing projects. Please get in touch to discuss terms and pricing.

Your spot is confirmed once the 50% deposit is paid.

6-10 weeks. We need 4-6 weeks for illustrations, and printing/shipping takes another 3-4 weeks. Please note, our project calendar fills up 4-6 months in advance.

There are two separate fees, split into four invoices (all in GBP): Design/Illustration Fee: 50% upfront to secure your slot, and the remaining 50% due two months later. Printing, Layout & Production: Costs vary based on quantities, finishes, and extras. 100% of printing costs must be paid before production begins. Shipping is charged separately once packed.

After approving your personalized quote and paying the deposit, we’ll schedule a call to discuss your event and inspiration. You’ll create a mood board, we’ll sketch, and refine through two rounds of changes before moving into painting.

Two rounds of revisions are included. Additional revisions are charged at £260/hour. Approving the sketch is crucial, as changes in the color phase are limited and may incur fees.

Printing is retained in-house with customizable options like laser cutting, pop-ups, and more. Our luxury printers in Turkey handle the production, and we’ll share behind-the-scenes updates throughout the process. The sky is the limit!

No. All images belong to Pickled Pulp. However, you’ll receive your wedding crest in high resolution for unlimited personal use. Digital files are web-ready at 72 dpi.

Go wild with your mood board and, most importantly, give us creative freedom! Our designs blend existing artwork (like flowers or foliage) with bespoke elements created just for you. You’ll have exclusivity for three months.

The entire process can take up to 6 weeks, approximately, depending on the amount of deliverables you are after. This includes 2–3 weeks for the design phase (if new elements need to be painted) and 3 weeks for printing and production.

We’ll start with a brainstorming call to understand your vision and ideas. Depending on the format, you’ll select 5–20 elements from our design library to bring your project to life. Once we’ve worked our magic, you’ll receive two rounds of edits to refine the design. After approval, we’ll finalize your text, define the printing finishes, and send everything to production.

No, all designs remain the property of Pickled Pulp. The crest is the only thing we do deliver high res for you to use freely as long as the design is not taken apart to use the elements individually. Any digital files provided will be optimized for web use at 72 dpi.

Yes! Many of the elements in our library can be customized to match your color preferences.

Supreme is our semi-bespoke service where we create unique designs with existing elements from our library. It's more economical than bespoke, it was a faster delivery time while maintaining our amazing printing quality.

Our signature Tropical template offers a luxurious digital experience for your wedding celebration. This bespoke single-page design features: • Elegant animated illustrations that bring your wedding announcement to life • Personalized monogram with your initials • Custom text tailored to your celebration • Seamless RSVP system with direct access to guest responses • Delivery within 7 business days While our studio manages the technical aspects, you maintain full access to your guest responses. We create fully custom animated websites that beautifully extend your wedding suite into the digital realm. This luxury offering includes: • Animated landing page featuring your bespoke crest • Home page and five additional custom pages • Unique illustrations from your wedding suite brought to life through animation • Seamless integration of your paper designs into digital format To ensure a cohesive luxury experience, this service is available for clients commissioning a minimum of 4-5 illustrated elements in their wedding suite ✨ Each website is thoughtfully crafted to reflect your unique story and wedding aesthetic, creating a seamless bridge between your paper and digital presence.

How long until my custom website is ready? Our bespoke animated websites typically take 8-12 weeks to complete.
